How paying works
By card
Card payments go through Paddle, our online reseller. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for orders paid by card: it takes the payment, adds the right tax for your country and sends your receipts. Your plan renews by itself each month, 3 months or year, until you cancel.
With M-Pesa, in Kenya
Pay the same price in shillings, at the day's rate shown in crew bot. Each payment covers 1, 3 or 12 months and doesn't renew by itself: crew bot reminds you three days before it ends.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Settings → Wallet in crew bot. Your plan keeps running until the end of the time you've paid for, then your workspace moves to Free. Nothing in it is deleted.
Refunds
Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of a payment for a full refund. See the refund policy.
Changing plans
Move to a bigger plan at any time: it starts straight away, and what's left of your current plan counts towards it. A smaller plan starts when the bigger one ends.
About the AI limits
Measured at cost
Each plan's AI and search are measured at what the AI and search providers charge for them, with no markup. A plan's limits apply to any 5 hours and any 7 days, the way chat apps limit theirs, so a busy morning doesn't use up your week.
When a limit is reached
The crew tells you, and carries on once the window moves on. If you'd rather it kept going, add usage credit in crew bot and allow it to pay past your plan, with a monthly cap you set.
Bring your own
Use your own keys from OpenAI, xAI, Google, DeepSeek or OpenRouter, or lend the crew your Claude Code or Codex. What runs on them isn't counted against your plan.
